Oblique Type Corrugation Machine
This corrugation machine has considerable increase in efficiency & production over the vertical type machine. In a fingerless machine, heavy duty Blower system is installed to hold the paper against the Corrugation Rolls. This system has a suction jacket, Blower fan, a separate motor and a Silencer mounted on a separate stand. In other corrugation machines, fingers or adopters are used to hold the paper. Corrugation Board from Fingerless machines have high compression strength and have lesser marks of fingers/adopters, so the finish is fine. It is provided with hydraulic self loading twin shaft reel stand, Power efficient heaters, Dual Step Temperature Panel, Desk Type Variable Frequency Drive. Gum Dam System can be installed extra to improve proper adhesive application and save gum consumption.
